Hi*I have been billed by Amazon.com today while I never agreed on any tariff or any Membership option before. *I checked my email and there is no previous email from Amazon stating that I have subscribed to any offer or any membership, I noticed that I am now subscribed to Amazon Premium with my phone number despite never having received any SMS or call saying that I am part of a membership. I have never bought anything from Amazon either, just checked the price and realized the shipping cost was too expensive hence why I stepped down. I needed to enter my credit card details in order to check the price hence how they got it and billed me.*I have been charged the equivalent of **.**$.*Please tell me how I can get refunded.
GetHuman-titouraz did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
