If you are having issues with your Ebay order that was already placed click https://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/il/en-us/. From there, you should be able to report the issue to Ebay using their forms.

TRIED TO DO THIS ONLINE BUT IT JUST GAVE ME AN EMAIL WITH THE LABEL TO RETURN * BACKPACK WITH A $**.** CREDIT ON MY AMAZON ACCOUNT. CAN YOU UPDATE THIS TO RETURN * CAMO BACKPACKS AND * OF THE PURPLE*PINK GIRL BACKPACK. (Total * returning) OR SEND ME A NEW EMAIL WITH A NEW LABEL IF NEEDED. The charge went on my Amazon credit card so I just want to return them and get credit for * of them since I only ordered *.
