If you are having issues with your Ebay order that was already placed click https://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/il/en-us/. From there, you should be able to report the issue to Ebay using their forms.

Seek compensation for Amazon failure not just financial but mental agony, crushed hopes and feeling cheated. ... Ihave placed an order on Amazon India site. Even after committed dates and me being an Amazon prime member, the item is still not delivered for last ** days.*As I had picked up the item at a discount on one of your offer days and you failed to deliver and wasted my time I want to penalize Amazon.*My demand is that I should be refunded the MRP amount of the item and not the discounted amount charged to me. Amazon do not accept their mistake, hence are avoiding me.
Merely giving my money back does not resolve the issue. I had given a timeline to deliver my product as I know it is not a limited edition. Now that timeline also is past. I expect that the refund amount should be the MRP of the product which is approx RS.*****- or whatever mentioned on the website (the one that is striked off and the discounted rate mentioned). With that I will be satisfied that Amazon is punished for playing with customers emotions.
Refer to my purchase history for past two years, I am quite a regular and satisfied customer. This one experience has turned me off.
