**** amazon charged my account $***.** and on **** $***.** using the CityBank card. I did NOT do those charges. Received email from you stating recently processed these charges on my MasterCard ending in **: -- $***.** $***.** however my card has not yet received funds.* My email *****@***.com
GetHuman-marlenlz did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
