I keep trying to change my password without success because your website keeps telling me there’s something wrong with the request. Then, after I make a request and a temporary authorization number code is sent to my email, when I try to enter the code where requested, the site automatically reverts to password entry without giving me a opportunity to enter the authorization code. I tried this * times and the same thing happens. And, in the past, when I have tried to sign on with a changed password, the site doesn’t recognize the new password anymore. This has happened a few times already. So I can’t sign in and I can’t enter an authorization code to enter a new password. I also can’t reach anyone by phone so I am unable to use my account.
GetHuman-mnetch did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.

I used both my ipad and my iphone to make the change. I did the main entries on my ipad but took the authorization code number from my iphone to enter it into the password change screen on my ipad - didn’t have to switch up and back on screens that way and was able to enter the authorization code on the ipad screen before the screen reverted back to the password change screen .
Please help with my Amazon issue
