Subject: Amazon Order Issue - Need Prompt Resolution To whom it may concern, I recently placed an order with Amazon for small SalonSpas, one for myself and one for my son Gary in West Seattle. Unfortunately, I received 6 large patches instead of the expected items. I am looking to return the incorrect product. Furthermore, I received the comforter I ordered, but I also expected the entire set, including the bed skirt and shams made of the same fabric. I am in the process of moving from Albuquerque to Lacey, WA, and would like this resolved promptly. Another issue is that the bed skirt I ordered was not matching the master bedroom set, but was intended for a guest room. As I am preparing my home for sale, these discrepancies are quite inconvenient, given the custom set I had made 30 years ago. I kindly request to avoid speaking with overseas representatives and ask for a prompt response from a supervisor located in the United States. Dear Amazon Customer Services, I eagerly awaited the release of the pre-order [redacted] Million Edition PS4 Pro like many others. I successfully bought one through Amazon, and received an email confirming the purchase. However, a few hours later, I received another email stating they couldn't fulfill my order due to an error and had to cancel it. Despite not being charged, I was disappointed. I checked back on the 15th at 10 am as advised, but Amazon didn't have any consoles available for pre-order as promised. I contacted Amazon customer services, and they mentioned they missed the pre-order window and were investigating. Sadly, I haven't received any updates since. This PS4 was a special gift for my son, not for resale on eBay like many others. I've sought advice from Citizens Advice Bureau and Trading Standards, who informed me that I should receive the original purchase. I am still interested in acquiring the PS4 Pro [redacted] Million Edition. Kindly assist in resolving this matter promptly; otherwise, I will have to escalate it further. Regarding the Friedrich AC unit Uni-Fit [redacted] BTU from a warehouse deal, I had a negative experience in the past with a faulty unit that had to be returned due to a non-functional fan. Despite receiving a full refund, I am hesitant about purchasing the same model again due to concerns about warranty and mechanical checks. I believe I have two Kindle Unlimited accounts. Charges are appearing on the 10th and another on the 22nd or 23rd of each month. I requested a cancellation, but I was informed it would only take effect on September 9th or 10th. I am concerned about being double-charged and seek assistance to stop these subscriptions. It's frustrating to have these multiple charges. I am hoping to resolve this quickly. Is there a way to speak to someone directly to address these issues? Hello, I would like to bring to your attention that in June, Amazon issued a refund for a faulty product I purchased. Unfortunately, the refund was processed to an account that is now closed, as I do not have another account with American Express, the issuing bank. Upon contacting American Express twice as per your customer service advice, they were unable to access my closed account and suggested that if they receive the refund for a closed account, it will be returned to the merchant, Amazon. Recently, I spoke with Lee E. from the Philippines, who recommended contacting American Express once more or sending an email to Amazon's billing department to resolve this issue. I am facing difficulty changing my password on your website. Every time I attempt to change it, the site informs me that there is an issue with the request. After I request a temporary authorization code sent to my email, when I proceed to enter the code, the site switches back to the password entry without allowing me to input the authorization code. This happened repeatedly in five attempts. Moreover, when I have managed to change my password in the past, the updated password is not recognized by the site when I try to sign in. Consequently, I am unable to access my account as I can neither sign in with the new password nor input the authorization code to create a new one. Additionally, I have been unsuccessful in contacting someone via phone for assistance.

I placed an order on July 11 for a Samsung 65NU8000 Flat 65" 4K UHD 8 Series Smart LED TV. I paid for expedited shipping to have it on Friday. Despite waiting at home all day, the package status didn't update until late, pushing the delivery to the weekend. When it arrived, they delivered the wrong TV. After requesting a replacement, I had to take more time off work for the correct TV's delivery. I returned the wrong TV as instructed. However, I received an email threatening a charge for not returning the TV. After proving the return, the issue was resolved. It's now August 24, and I have yet to receive any refund from Amazon as promised. I waited patiently but have not been contacted. I feel frustrated after missing work and burning PTO due to the delivery errors. I am disappointed and seek some form of compensation for the inconvenience.

I have been a loyal customer of yours for online shopping, and on August 20th, I ordered 10 pairs of red tape shoes. The courier was supposed to deliver it on August 23rd, but I received a shock when I found used Puma shoes instead. I requested a return through the Amazon App, and it was accepted. On August 24th, the courier was scheduled to pick up the package, but he refused, claiming the item was not the one I had received. I explained that the item was indeed the same, and I requested another return. Unfortunately, the courier still didn't collect the package. I am very disappointed with your service. Kindly arrange for a replacement or refund. Thank you.

I placed an order on the Amazon India website. Despite being an Amazon Prime member and the promised delivery dates, the item has not arrived in the last 15 days. I purchased the item at a discount during one of your promotional days, and due to the delayed delivery, I feel disappointed. I am requesting a refund of the full retail price of the item instead of the discounted amount I paid. This seems like a fair request considering the inconvenience caused to me as a customer. -N. I received the incorrect computer in my order. The model is completely different from what I had purchased. A friend tried to help by bringing it to me since I am not in the US, but now I have to have it returned. This situation is frustrating as I urgently need the correct computer for work. The only resolution offered is to return the item for a refund. However, this does not solve my immediate need for a computer. Reordering poses a risk of getting the wrong item again, and once it arrives in my country, returning it would be complicated. I am disappointed with this experience and feeling very frustrated.

I recently received a suspicious email claiming to be from Amazon. It states that I purchased a $[redacted] gift card using an unrecognized device. It asks me to click on a link to verify my information. Here is a copy of the email: Subject: Amazon Order Confirmation Hello, Your Amazon account was used to buy a $[redacted] Gift Card on a computer or device not previously associated with your account on August 20, [redacted] at 4:42:11 PM (GMT). If you did not make this purchase or suspect unauthorized access, you should verify your information on your account page at the provided link. Yesterday, a friend urgently emailed me, requesting a $[redacted] gift card to give as a present to his niece at her birthday party. Due to the unusual nature of the request, I tried to contact him but received no response from his cell or home phone. After purchasing the gift card (AQQM-CDNPCP-3BG88) and sending the image, I discovered that my friend's email had been hacked, and he had not made the request. I have since spoken to my friend, who was unreachable due to being on a flight with his wife. Please cancel any transactions made with the gift card and provide any necessary information to assist in resolving this issue. I intend to report this incident to the local authorities.

Hi Team, I would appreciate it if you could provide a solution promptly. Last month, I called the Amazon toll-free number from the USA to India as advised by your customer service representatives. They mentioned that the number [redacted]1 was toll-free from the USA to India and could be dialed at any time. I made calls to this number on 7/23/[redacted] and 07/25/[redacted]. To my surprise, I have now received a bill of $[redacted].51 for these calls, which is an unexpected expense for me. I hope you understand my situation and can offer a resolution promptly as this appears to be a miscommunication from the Amazon team. Hello, I recently won the "HUAWEI AI QUIZ" and was selected to receive a HUAWEI P20 PRO MOBILE. I received the voucher code via email and followed the instructions provided.
