Dear Amazon customer services **Like most people I waited by my laptop for the release of the pre order *** million edition ps* pro.**I did manage to purchase one through Amazon, which you took the money for ,and sent me an email to confirm the purchase.**Then a couple of hours later sent me an email to say the following:**Hello,**We wanted to let you know that due to an error we are unable to complete your Amazon.co.uk Order ****-*******-******* for the PlayStation * *** Million Console. As a result, we've had to cancel it.**You haven’t been charged for this item.*We hope to be able to resume pre-orders for this product at **am on Wednesday **th August, please check back then to secure your console.**We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused.**Regards,**Customer Service Department**Amazon.co.uk**So I tried on the **th at **am and guess what Amazon didn’t advertise them online because they didn’t have any.***I phoned amazon customer services and they told me they didn’t have any as they missed the window for the pre order and were looking into it, but I have heard nothing back since.**This was a special present for my son not just to make ***s selling on Ebay like most people have done.**I haver taken this up with Citizens advice bureau and Trading Standards.**They have told me I entitled to the original purchase and I still want it.**So can you look into getting me the PS* pro *** million edition or I will take this matter further.**Thanks for your cooperation.**Mr Gene Cranch
