Purchased a CharBroil gas grill on Aug **th, the item was shipped the **th and was SUPPOSED to get here in * days. Didn't come. UPS was unable to help me other than to tell me it was misdirected. Today, I see on the tracing site that it should be here tomorrow...the **th...a week since I ordered the grill and * days since it was shipped.**I am writing to you because of the fact that as a "Prime Member" I got free shipping but I really don't think Amazon should pay either. You paid UPS for a * day ship...and didn't receive it. I sincerely believe that you should get a refund of the difference between shipping costs of a *-day and a *-day ship. Actually, I feel you should receive a total refund of whatever amount you paid for the shipping of my grill. Please... make sure you get some form of compensation for the mess-up.**Thank you very much!!! I love Amazon!!
