Get the English language back ... I just got a new kindle and accidently pushed the language button so it is Russian. I need to get it back to English -- I have called support and they don't know what to do - when I go on line to your help site, it tells me to change the language by pushing the three buttons and going to settings - but I cannot tell what settings are because I cannot speak or understand the Russian
Amazon help could not speak good enough English ( and I hate saying that): could not understand what I needed: finally got to a supervisor who tried, said he would call me back and did not. *It was resolved when a friend of mine dropped by: pressed the settings button: and English language came back. *Honestly....worst help from a retailer ever!!!
Train your help desk*If you are going to outsource, help your employees to do better and improve their English It is not fair to them
