I currently bank with arvest. I am in the process of moving to another state that does not have an arvest bank. While reviewing my arvest account statements to determine how to proceed with my move, I discovered fraudulent amazon deductions from my accounts for multiple previous months as well as currently. I have used amazon to purchase various items, however, nothing else. I am sure that you have access to the * orders from March **** to August ****. Any other debits*withdrawals from my account are unauthorized. Please review and issue an immediate credit within ** days of this notice and provide and itemized statement to *****@***.com. The debit card associated with both accounts has been destroyed and both accounts will be closed pending transactions.
