On ***** I ordered through Amazon a W*** rain gauge which was channelled to MDG Retail for delivery. They acknowledged this withorder No. **********.*On ***** MDG informed me that the item was out of stock and they had been advised by manufacturer that this item had been discontinued and offered me a free upgrade to another model **-****. I accepted this and order change was confirmed by email of *****. On ***** I get another email from MDG stating that there is another stock delay. In the meantime Amazon send me an email which clearly indicates that you have available stock ready for delivery. WHY didn't you fulfil the order in the first place?*This was to be a birthday present and is now late. Please sort this for me and advise. Best Rgds. P Kernick

I have no magic answer I'm afraid and no viable suggestion to make. Within ** minutes of mailing to "Get Human" I received an email from supplier to the effect that goods were in the post to me with anticipated delivery *-* days. Divine intervention maybe?!!
