Get an answer to the above issue. Tried repeatedly and did not receive the text code. Now the "issue" says it is "fixed" although the "timeline" says it is not. Which is it? ... We downloaded S* of Justified to watch offline in the mountains w*in the last week. Nights * & * were fine w*o any cell service. Night * we got a message saying Amazon could not open the video, try again, contact a web address. Try again did not work. When arrived home they played just fine. What happened and how do we avoid that in future?**Thank you for your time.
These box titles are getting annoying. A live person would perhaps be helpful. Then again, maybe not. We tried that when we got the message in the mountains. We spoke w*someone at the help center on our *rd attempt to get enough cell service to do so. They were polite and wanted to help but didn't seem to understand the issue. Told us we would need to redownload the content. That can't be the case because it played fine once we got home.
Not deeming something fixed when I haven't even spoken w*anyone about the issue. Telling us what went wrong and what we can do to prevent the same thing happening again.
I'm a customer. You should resolve my issue regardless of whether or not I am deemed a "good" customer. That's how customer service works. Or at least it did when I did customer service.
Stated above. Amazon Prime issue as far as I know.
