I have been dealing with this issue all week. Was told I would get a call back today by a rep named Caroline. My email address is *****@***.com. I went into the Public Profile area (not realizing it) and added my email address. I misspelled my address. I spelled it *****@***.com. Now I am unable to get to my actual account. I have MY Amazon credit card on this account and MY fathers Amazon credit card on this account. I ordered a chain saw that was defective and have already received the replacement. But I need the Return Shipment label which was sent to my original email. I JUST NEED MY ACCOUNT STRAIGHTENED OUT. Seems like somebody can go into the Public Profile area and correct my email address. Why is this taking so long???
