I have had my customer review history completely delegated from my Profile after I posted a Seller Feed Back stating that I a defective product issue.As soon as I submitted the feed back I received a pop-up stating that my review would not be posted because I "had a relationship with the product or seller" and that this "May be viewed as bias". I attempted to ask a question to the "community" about a product and I received a pop-up stating that "was not in good standing with the community". I have checked the community guide lines to see just where I could have violated them but for the life of me I just can't find where I have. I've submitted two statements to community help asking for a clear explanation for this responce but I have not heard anything, I even providing my e-mail and phone number. Oddly enough I happen to find an article publishedlast year by a consumer review organization that has had experience with people who have had the same thing happen to them. The summery of The report was that there was an atmosphere and culture in Amazon community that tended to be hostile to any perceived violations of their guidelines and that they deliberately refused to address their actions that are taken against clearly unsuspecting customers who other wise are well meaning and NOT attempting to encure the wrath of such a large organization as Amazon, which apparently has a history of retaliating against customers who voice objections to their treatment or just asking honestly for an explanation for the stern responses they have received. So...does anyone out there know of an EFECTIVE way to get Amazon to pay attention my request for an explanation of it's actions? Let us know.
