Explain yet again that I don’t have an amazon card and thAt I pAid with visa. ... I don't understand why you are billing me $***.** which has been paid in that I returned the products. Also, I do not have*your Amazon card as I threw it away after talking to your people at Amazon.*Today you sent me a bill for $*** and some cents (it disappeared from my screen), and without saying what it was for. Nobody pays for a blank request!*Also nobody in your firm seems to know what is going on as I was transferred * times and still didn't get an answer.*Please do so so I can resolve if I want to pay with my Visa or not.
