I am a long term customer of both Amazon.ca and Amazon.com. I accidentally ordered two of the same series on DVD by mistake. The most recent was on December **, ****. The series is Revolution. It has never been opened but of course it's past the date I was supposed to return it. If you look at my account you will see I order many dvd's from your store and would really appreciate if you would take back this dvd for a full refund since I am such a good customer.
GetHuman980581 did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
