The issue in GetHuman-mayosdug's own words
I ordered two Samsung fast chargers on August *rd, via a prime order, along with two cords. I received the cords in the proper two days waiting time. But I've had to wait until hopefully today, * days later, to receive the chargers. So I've been without a charger for a week now when I anticipated receiving them on Sunday since it was a prime order and in stock. After completing the order, it stated I'd receive the cords in two days but wouldn't receive the chargers until Wednesday without any explanation. And now, it says it should arrive today, again without any explanation. I maintain our prime membership, mostly for the reliable two day shipping, but this situation has been very disappointing.
