I am a third party seller and a customer wants to return a used item. Our company policy is that all sales are final.We do have a ** year warranty so if there are any issues we will happily fix them. The customer has used the machine and now wants to send it back for a full refund because he feels it takes to much time to use. We have told the customer that if the item is used then there is a **% restocking fee. We can't resell it as new and it is a $**** item. Is there a time frame Amazon allows that we must follow for customers to "try out" purchases?
