ORDER * ***-*******-******* this is the wrong item for what I need. I need a cellular capable iPad mini. The one that I ordered is only wifi enabled. I received the item on Monday August *th. I called Amazon yesterday and explained that I want to exchange the iPad for the model I need. They emailed the vendor and I just received an email from the vendor. They want at least a **% restocking fee plus shipping and handling. *I was under the impression that Amazon stood by what they sold. I don't just want to return it I want to return and purchase the one I need. Please help.
