If you are having issues with your Ebay order that was already placed click https://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/il/en-us/. From there, you should be able to report the issue to Ebay using their forms.

I placed an order to rent the movie "The X-files" from my computer. I paid for it and received an email advising me as well. Two days later I wished to stream and watch it on my on home TV. It did show up in my "watchlist" but it just showed "available to rent from $*.**" etc.. I did not go any further as if i were to continue I would have to then put in my pin to authorize a new payment. But i did not wish to be double billed so I stopped at that point.
GetHuman945716 did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.

I explained my situation to them and they were able to reset and allow me to see the movie I purchased!
