Purchased paleo bread order ****-**************. $**.**. Received Monday *******. Received the bread crushed and moldy smelled very bad. I threw out and contacted amazon who connected me to Julian Bakery . Julian bakery stated they refuse to give me a refund unless I take a picture of the items because they said they had to file a claim with UPS. I explained since the item was spoiled and crushed I threw it out. I am not in the habit of keeping any spoiled items lying around my home. They refused to refund my money. I explained to them that their UpS problem has nothing to do with me as their customer . They refused. I am extremely angry about this scam. And it seems that according to the Better Business Bureau they have done this many times before. I am a prime member and as you can see I order a great deal from Amazon. Can you assist
