I recently worked with an amazingly helpful person there (Sharon, I believe) who was assisting me with fixing an account, connected with my Prime, but has a dead email address. I cannot reset the password or receive notifications, as all of the correspondence goes to this email. The solution was to change the email, so that I could have my original account, under an new email, but with all of the features (Prime). I have the new email ready...**I tried calling the Amazon Customer Service number, but get a message the line is not in service.
GetHuman-jerimyb did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
