**th January **** I please a ORDER * ***-*******-******* for *Samsung Galaxy On* Prime (Gold, *GB RAM * **GB Memory) and there was an offer at the phone on payment on HDFC card. Now I have clear all the payment (EMI) but still I not getting the cash back. Some time back I call to the customer care and they escalate to the team and assist me the refund will be initiate in next * working day but still I not getting my cash back. Please check at your end and let me know if you need any information from my side.
