I have Amazon Prime that was paid in full last November (****). Every month since last November I have also been billed monthly from my personal checking account. I have contacted Amazon by phone and the person I spoke with, promised it would be credited and stopped. Well, they are still drafting it monthly from my account. I want all that money credited to my account immediately. $***.**. I would hate to leave Prime, but if this is not straightened out immediately, I will.
