I ordered a French Coffee Press as a gift for my niece. The order was placed on June **, ****, Order * ***-*******-*******. When she received the item and opened it the glass portion was broken. I'm attempting to return this item and replace it with an unbroken one. My mother passed away on June ** and our family's loss played a big role in the delay concerning this return. What do I have to do? I've attempted to follow the "returns" process but evidently since it's been over a month on the order I'm not being allowed to proceed. Help!
