My echo no longer plays music it says it is not configured correctly also my amazo n tab alex a will not work but if I go into the music app it plays no problem. My original account is in the UK and i paid extra for the music to be available anywhere even though I have prime membership in UK,USA and spain. I have registered my account as the Philippines as I'm here for now .how do I configure my echo to play here?
