I am dissatisfied as the order I placed, which included gift wrapping for an additional charge of Rs. 30, was not gift wrapped. Hello Amazon, I have an account under the email [redacted] Recently, I was charged on Audible and wish to cancel my account as I cannot access it. While attempting to reset my password, the system requested my last postal code, which I provided but was unsuccessful. I urgently request the deletion of my account. I am frustrated by the complexity of the process and the lack of alternative methods to access and verify my identity besides the postal code. Lately, I have been using my Gmail account for all my Amazon activities, and only came across my old Hotmail account accidentally. I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter. I made a purchase on Amazon.fr, but my account got blocked shortly after due to security reasons. The email I received stated that there was an issue with confirming my payment information and my orders were placed on hold. It requested verification by checking a recent VISA statement ending in [redacted] on their secure document portal. I have been attempting to order from Amazon for about a week now, but I'm facing issues. Initially, they requested card confirmation, but I had to remove the card as I am in a different state. I then tried to use my e-gift card on the app, but it still wouldn't go through due to address and billing name confirmation, related to my grandmother's card from New York. Even after removing the card, I continue to receive emails stating I can't access my account. I'm a senior on a fixed income and do not wish to handle these issues anymore. Multiple unauthorized accesses have led to changed account details, barring me from entry. I urgently request the termination of this account and I will no longer utilize Amazon services. Over the years, I've enjoyed a positive experience with your products and services. Additionally, I've noticed a recurring $9.99 monthly charge for Kindle Unlimited, which I did not authorize nor fully understand. For the past few days, I've been encountering an error message that reads: "There was a problem. Switching accounts failed. Please try again." Despite trying different browsers, I've been unable to check the status of my latest delivery, which is with Amazon Logistics. I am currently thousands of miles away from the country and I am frustrated that I cannot track my order using Tracking ID TBAMIA[redacted]77. I sent an email yesterday, but nothing has changed. This login issue is preventing me from placing another order, and it's disappointing that a simple link sent to me is not resolving the problem. While I successfully logged into the UK site with my account, I could only view past items. I don't have time to spend 30 minutes on the phone due to my location. When I visit the site, I am recognized, but I am then unable to view my past orders or log in again. I also tried to check the delivery options and costs for shipping to Costa Rica but didn't proceed with an order, as I'm uncertain about the process to deliver items there. If this issue persists, I will consider shopping on eBay instead.

The email instructs me to wait 5 hours before resetting my password by selecting "Forgot password?" on the Sign In page. It also advises me to re-enter payment information, addresses, and update any subscriptions. Furthermore, it explains the potential risks of how unauthorized parties could obtain login details and suggests visiting the "Security & Privacy" section for safe online shopping tips. The email appears to be from an Account Specialist at Amazon and provides contact information for Customer Service if assistance is needed.

I have been using Amazon for a while now, and overall, my experience has been positive. However, today, I encountered some issues with the SMS notifications from Amazon Prime Whole Foods. I have specific dietary restrictions due to being diabetic, and not all the items I need are always available at Whole Foods. The person shopping for me keeps sending messages about missing items in my order but the links provided are not working. This makes it difficult to review the order or contact the shopper. I also noticed that the Whole Foods location I am assigned to seems to be in a different area than I expected, which surprises me considering the demographics of central Indianapolis where I live. That's all.

I fell victim to a scam by someone named John Clerk on Facebook. My longtime friend convinced me to participate, and I ended up buying $3,[redacted] worth of Amazon gift cards to send as instructed. I made an error in complaining about a color swatch book I bought for art pencils from Amazon. The book was excellent overall, but the first one I filled had unexpected sample coloring pages of a very voluptuous mermaid. I made a snarky comment that I couldn't delete. As a Prime and long-time Amazon member, I emailed customer service to explain and apologize, but it took a week to get a response. Unfortunately, all my reviews and writings were deleted, and I can't communicate with sellers or respond to orders. It seems the system flagged me as inappropriate. I want to clarify that I'm not tech-savvy and feel embarrassed by this misunderstanding. Despite this, I still appreciate Amazon for its services and deals.

Hello, I'm reaching out because my recent order did not reach me as expected. The FedEx tracking number shows that the delivery did not go through. I've been in touch with FedEx multiple times, and a FedEx representative advised me today to contact you, the seller, to initiate a claim on my behalf. The missing item is a 50-inch TV (Order# [redacted]-[redacted]) with Tracking ID [redacted]24. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've experienced delivery issues with FedEx; another item, a car bumper from a different seller, also failed to arrive, while orders shipped via UPS on the same day were received without any problems. I have ordered the Fashionmy Women's One Shoulder Sports Bra in black twice now, but received white both times. I am frustrated with this mistake and considering not ordering from here anymore. I hope the company can resolve this by letting me keep the white one and sending me a free black one. I do not usually complain, but this situation is very frustrating. In the last two weeks, my Amazon account has been hacked twice. The hacker changed the user email address to end in ".ru," locking me out of my account both times. I am unsure how the hacker obtained the necessary information for this change, especially since I used different passwords each time. After lengthy phone conversations with your security team, I managed to regain control of my account. To prevent future hacking, I suggest implementing two-stage verification for any alterations to my account settings, particularly changes to my registered email address or password. This would require presenting the correct current password and verifying changes via email to my legitimate address ([redacted]) or through my mobile phone number ([redacted]). It appears that the current protocol only necessitates entering the current password. Please notify me once this change is applied to my account or provide an explanation if it cannot be done.
