I never received an email that I was lost in transit, I only found out, when I checking on another order

I have been purchasing from Amazon for years, on a regular basis, also I am a Prime Member. I thought they would of automatically reimbursed me, as it was not ever received by me. I didn't think I would have to chase this down, as far as I am concerned it is not resolved, where is my reimbursement. I never received a notice that I was reimbursed.
I have been trying for * days now, they said it was fixed, but I don't see where.
