Yesterday I spoke to one of the customer service agents about a Smart Watch Blue Tooth pedometer that I received but did not order. I was informed that this watch was ordered under an account that I closed last summer due to hacking. At that time I changed my email address from *****@***.com to *****@***.com. I no longer have the *****@***.com email in service. I was told that I would receive the necessary return information for the Smart Watch and would receive a credit on my charge card as well as not being charged a return shipping fee. *I have received the shipping label. So please send it to the *****@***.com address as the other *****@***.com has been closed
