Trying to get my $** credit for Gift Cards not received by my daughter and granddaughter. They said they would give me a credit, that didn't happen, they said they would credit my debit Card which I have in proof via email and they didn't and I was supposed to have that by ******. They said they were not able to resend to my daughter's email but I can send things to her. All lies and they are l... ... Two emailed giftcards are the issue. Amazon if giving me the run around. I was promised a credit to my debit in which I did not receive by Monday ******. I have an email that states my debit card would be credited then I have another after stating that is was incorrect. I tried to get the cards resent to my daughter and amazingly enough you staff said they will not send. I could not get a credit for $** for my daughter and granddaughter for the cards so they could use it. I'm being lied to and I am not a happy customer. Look at my account and read the notes. The gift card companies have already been contacted and they say to call you and you say to call them. Where is my money and why are you putting me through this **** just trying to get credited for items you charged me for that were not received?????????????**Jackie Saucier
I will make sure dozens of people I know no longer use their service, I have been in contact with the Better Business Bureau also. I don't like being treated like this, they took my money and are ignoring me.
They could stop ignoring me and give me my $**.** back as promised!
I buy a lot and my son buys a lot of Amazon but we will rethink this now because of this hassle.
I have tried all I can the rest is up to them.
