I have not received my order yet, which was initially due on July 2nd, then changed to the 3rd, and now to the 6th. Today, I was informed that delivery was unsuccessful because I couldn't be reached. I contacted AmzAgent on the 2nd and 3rd, but they said there was no package for delivery. Despite my efforts, I did not receive any phone calls regarding the delivery. This item is a birthday gift for a child, and I am eager for it to arrive. I have always trusted Amazon's delivery service, but this experience has been disappointing. I purchased a Lenovo mobile on Amazon around nine months ago, and it comes with a one-year warranty. The issue I'm facing now is that I work at a pharmaceutical company with a high turnover rate, and several people use various Amazon accounts to place orders, making it hard for me to locate the account used for my purchase. Despite having the order number and other details, I can't recall which account was used to buy the mobile and now need an invoice. I'm requesting that Amazon help me by providing the email address associated with the purchase. Dear Amazon Customer Service, I urgently need help with multiple unauthorized charges of $70.00 from my checking account for a membership I never signed up for. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue. The monthly deductions of $14.00 have caused considerable stress, especially as my husband, a Veteran, requires frequent trips to Palo Alto for health reasons. After discovering unauthorized charges on my stolen credit card, I promptly reported the fraudulent transactions to Amazon. Despite successfully clearing the charges with the credit card company on June 18, I am currently unable to access my Amazon account. Despite my efforts to reach out via email, I have not received any meaningful assistance. This issue has left me paying for Amazon Prime without being able to utilize the service. One of the disputed orders includes the Tide To Go Instant Stain Remover Liquid Pen, 3 Count, from an order placed on February 3, [redacted], totaling $5.53 USD. The lack of resolution is causing inconvenience, and I am eager to regain access to my Amazon account.

Order #[redacted]-[redacted] I received the product, but it's a different size than what was listed on your website. The item I got is smaller than described. I compared prices with other retailers like Wal-Mart and Walgreen, and they are selling the same item for half the price. I request a partial refund due to the incorrect size and pricing discrepancy. I also ask for the product size to be updated on your site to avoid misleading other customers. I was disappointed with this purchase experience, especially since the item originally in my wish list was Prime but turned out not to be. Order #[redacted]-[redacted]: I received the item I ordered, but unfortunately, the size does not match what was listed on the website. The product was supposed to be [redacted]" x [redacted]", but it only measures [redacted]" x 79". This is about half the size I was expecting. I have seen similar items on Wal-Mart and Walgreen's websites at a much lower price, with correct dimensions. Therefore, I believe a partial refund is justified due to the discrepancy in size and pricing. I kindly request that you update the item's size information on your site to avoid misleading other customers. The experience with this purchase has been disappointing, especially because the original item I selected was supposed to be under Prime, but ended up incurring shipping charges. Given the circumstances, I hope for a partial refund to be issued to the payment card used for this transaction.

I ordered an Infant Optics DXR-8 Video Baby Monitor with Interchangeable Optical Lens from seller NIVA SENICC for $[redacted].99 with an expected delivery date of 7/3/18. Regrettably, the item has not arrived, and when I contacted USPS, they were unable to provide any information. I am extremely disappointed as I urgently require this item for my baby. After a previous monitor purchased on Amazon malfunctioned shortly after I bought it, I turned to this new one with supposedly excellent reviews. However, upon checking again, negative feedback has emerged, making this situation very frustrating. Despite my attempts, the seller NIVA SENICC has not responded to my inquiries. I am in urgent need of a functioning baby monitor for my child. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am facing an issue with two emailed gift cards from Amazon. Despite promises of a credit to my debit card by Monday, 7/2/18, I have not received it. Initially assured of the credit, a subsequent email retracted this statement. When attempting to have the cards resent to my daughter, I was informed by staff that they would not do so. This has resulted in my daughter and granddaughter missing out on an $85 credit for the cards. I feel frustrated and deceived as a customer. There seems to be a lack of clarity and accountability in this situation. Both the gift card companies and Amazon are pointing fingers at each other, leaving me caught in the middle and struggling to obtain the credit I am owed for undelivered items. I am unsure where the carrier is attempting to deliver my parcel. I have been waiting for three days with no success. Despite providing my neighbors' details, there have been no successful delivery attempts, and no notes have been left in my letterbox to confirm any visits. I have been informed that there have been three supposed delivery attempts. The parcel is being held until further instructions are given. I require the package soon and am unsure of the next steps. I visited Spar today, but the parcel was not there. It is now the 8th of July. Another delivery attempt failed today, the 7th of July. Could the parcel have been delivered to the Spar/Costcutter store on Brocklehurst Way in Tytherington, Macclesfield, Cheshire, as I suggested? I was informed that the parcel has been delivered, but not to my address. I have not received any notification regarding its location. Please provide clarification on the situation.

The delivery attempts were unsuccessful three times in the last three days. I haven't received any verification notes in my letterbox. The package is from Amazon and it's a Germanus rolling machine. I would like to change the delivery address to the Hermes depot at Spar Supermarket in Tytherington. I prefer to collect it from there. Please notify me in advance when you plan to deliver the package to the depot so I can pick it up. This is a birthday present for my husband, and I'm quite frustrated with the failed delivery attempts despite providing my neighbors' address. Since the delivery service is unable to locate my address, I will personally retrieve the package from the depot. Assistance is greatly appreciated as I am feeling very displeased with the situation.

Dear Amazon Customer Service, I wanted to share my disappointment with the current limitations on ordering from international Amazon sites in Australia. The pricing and postage costs of available items on Amazon Australia are unreasonable compared to other Amazon websites like Amazon UK and Amazon US. The items I was interested in, such as "Angel Of Darkness" on DVD and "Another Wolfcop" on Blu-ray, are either not listed or available, or they are too expensive. I have been a loyal Amazon customer for a long time, but now I am considering shopping elsewhere, perhaps on eBay, due to the lack of affordability and limited selection on Amazon Australia. The delay in order processing is also frustrating compared to my past experiences on Amazon US and UK. I hope this feedback can reach someone in management to address these issues. This morning, I noticed a $14.22 charge on my new debit card for Amazon Prime on my Amazon account. I recently added this card to the account, and my Amazon Prime was supposed to have been canceled on June 22nd when I did not renew it. I contacted Amazon customer service twice about this issue. During my first contact, they did not see the charge, but during the second contact, I provided a screenshot. Amazon Customer Service insisted I was charged on June 22nd, contrary to what my new debit card shows. I did not renew my Amazon Prime; instead, a free trial that was supposed to expire on June 22nd continued and charged my new debit card linked to the account without my authorization. I find this situation unfair. I am requesting a full refund to be issued to my debit card for the unauthorized charge.

I haven't used Amazon for a while. When I try to sign in, they require verification. Although I know my password, they are uncertain if it's me. After receiving a code, I need to log in again, rendering the code invalid. Repeating this hasn't worked. If the code could be sent to my phone, I could keep the code page open to access my account. Being in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands seems to be unrecognized. Assistance is needed. Unsure of my Prime membership status, would like to download a book and watch Amazon movies. It's worth mentioning I currently have streaming video access.

I am interested in creating an Audible account. I have an old Amazon account linked to my current email address. To resolve this, I need to remove the Amazon account associated with [redacted] When attempting to delete it, a security question asks for the expiration date of a card I no longer possess. This situation is preventing me from connecting my current email address to my active Amazon account to enjoy Audible services. I kindly request the deletion of the Amazon account linked to [redacted] so I can associate it with my current Amazon account under the phone number [redacted]. This will allow me to add my valid credit card information and make purchases on Audible. I appreciate your help in resolving this issue promptly.

I have attempted to change my password numerous times on various days and times but keep encountering the same issue. After changing the password successfully, upon trying to sign in with the new password, it continues to show "wrong password." I have repeated the process several times, but the outcome remains unchanged. In an attempt to ensure I am not making a mistake, I asked my daughter to try, and she faced the same problem. I am a Prime member, but unfortunately, I am currently unable to access the service.

Hello, I need help. My account has been hacked, and I need it to be locked or frozen to prevent further unauthorized access. I suspect my bank card details are saved on the account, and I urgently need this issue resolved. Initially, I received an email notifying me of possible tampering and advising me to change my password. However, when I attempted to do so, I was unable to access my account. Subsequently, I received emails indicating unauthorized purchases and a change of email associated with the account. I am experiencing a problem with UPS regarding the delivery of my order. The delivery date has been changed three times, and I have been unable to reach them by phone as their line is constantly busy, and their message box has been full for 2 days. I have wasted two days waiting for this delivery. The Amazon order number is [redacted][redacted], and the UPS tracking number is 1ZE506EEODK[redacted]7. I contacted the local office, and they assured me it would be delivered on Saturday before 7:00 pm, but it did not arrive. Another day was wasted on Monday, resulting in 16 hours of lost work without pay. UPS is blaming me for requesting a call or text before delivery, which has now led to my shipment being on hold in their warehouse. I recently contacted customer service regarding a Smart Watch Blue Tooth pedometer that I did not order but received. It turns out the order was placed under an account I closed last summer due to hacking. I updated my email from [redacted] to [redacted] after the incident, and I no longer have access to the old email. The representative assured me I would receive the return details for the Smart Watch without incurring a return shipping fee. I have now received the shipping label.
