I had my credit card stolen and inadvertently had * charges reported as fraudulent from Amazon. I tried to correct this the next day, but struggled working with the credit card company. I finally had the charges put back onto my card on June **, but I still do not have access to my Amazon account. I have tried emailing Amazon but either get a canned response or nothing at all. At this point I am paying for Amazon Prime for nothing because I cannot use the service.
