I am a Prime member and I want to understand what "guaranteed delivery"* is supposed to mean. If there is a guarantee, then what are the consequences if the guarantee is not met? I've had a number of orders that had the guaranteed delivery, and Amazon did not deliver by the date quoted. I'm supposed to receive most of my orders in two days* the last order I placed took six days. I look for the Prime label* do that mean anything.
GetHuman-pcradyla did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
