I received my Mastercard bill for May **** and it had a charge for $**.** for An Amazon Prime Membership. The problem is that I did not order Amazon Prime and if I did it would have been for a different amount than I was billed. I am trying to determine what happened here and if my Amazon account was compromised before I contact Mastercard. Is there some way I can speak to somebody in your Accounts Dept.?
