The email to my account is *****@***.com. I received * gift cards from a friend for my birthday on this account. One was **$ and the other was $** making my acccount balance **$. *I purchased a **$ Sephora gift card from amazon but it did not seem to work so I got a refund and tried again. Appearently amazon saw it as suspicious activity and locked me out of my account. They emailed me instructions to follow and probably put my information in a good ** Times for an amazon specialtist to email or call me. I never received a call. They told me to fax my*Information and I did THREE TIMES. I received nothing. I want my money back. It’s been a month now.
GetHuman-jamiahgi did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
