This morning, after returning home from a two day absence, I opened an email from Amazon, which was sent on June **, informing me that my password had been changed. I did not change my password, nor did I authorize anyone else to change it. This also happened to me a few weeks ago. Please advise. I would like to know that I will not incur any costs for the period of time the password was changed until we get this corrected and that my account, when reestablished correctly, will be accurate in all respects. Thank you for your immediate help.

Called Amazon, played the game, in fact in took a couple of go arounds but the issue was finally resolved. Unfortunatly, within hours it happened again, so now I am dealing with the same issues.*
