Dear sirs,**I am contacting regarding an issue with the item I have bought. Though I have contacted the seller, I am afraid to return the product as it contains a high-power large lithium battery that is malfunctioning. It is an electrical bike that holds the battery with a lock and key. As I insert the key in the lock to remove the battery, it creates a large short-circuit.**If I mail the item and there is some problem during the transportation, I do not want to be held responsible. I have requested the buyer organize a pick-up of the item as that seems the safest option. However, they have not been entirely cooperative so far and take very long to respond, and I am concerned about mantaining the item in my home as it is potentially dangerous and a fire hazard.
