I have a Kindle Fire* that has stopped working. I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps and spent almost an hour on the phone with one of your India Reps with no help. I would like it replaced under warranty. This is really poor as there are numerous posts all over the internet of this issue. I would like you to stand by your product
