I have ordered a U shaped head pillow for my baby. I made a payment through online. It was successful only. But i got message from amazon that the payment failed and i should revise the payment. So, i revised the payment . Again my payment was successful. But again i got message from amazon that payment failed and pls convert it into cash on delivery. I did the same.**Now i can see in my amazon account that three times the same item has been dispatched. It was the mistake from amazon side. Kindly help me to get the amount deducted for seco d time and also pls cancel the cash on delivery order.
I trust that Amazon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
