When I created an account I accidentally misspelled my email (I turned the a and i around in gmail so it said gmial instead) and when I tried to change it I could not sign into the account. I called customer support and Will set up a new account for me and said he would cancel the other and I would not be charged for Up and Prime. I have been charged twice for Up Faith and Family channel. Please delete the account I misspelt and refund me the money charged to it.
GetHuman-janwilli did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
