I placed an order for a dress on Friday night using my BB&T card, but the payment was declined due to my bank flagging it as fraud. Consequently, I used my Discover card to make the payment, which was successful. On Saturday morning, I discovered that the BB&T card was charged again without my authorization, causing an overdraft fee. I contacted customer service on Saturday and was told the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. However, as of Monday at 5 p.m., the funds had not been returned. This led to additional overdraft fees when my insurance payment was processed. I am now facing multiple fees and a late insurance bill due to this unauthorized charge on my BB&T card. I am extremely stressed as my bills are overdue and the situation is escalating. I need assistance to have the Discover payment credited back to my BB&T account and to resolve the overdraft fees and late insurance payment. This is my third attempt to address this matter with Amazon.

On June 18, [redacted], I received the Cowin Solar Outdoor Fan in a box that seemed re-taped carelessly. It gives the impression that it might be refurbished or returned by a previous customer missing components. Although it might not affect the product, it raises concern. Both the fan box and the solar panel box appear damaged, the latter looking like it was stepped on with high heels. I did not intend to buy a refurbished item and hope this is not the situation. Hello, I am interested in finding out if there is a way to display the actual purchase price of each item in an audiobook search rather than the free trial price of $0 offered by Audible. Currently, when I search for audiobooks, all the results show a price of $0.00, which is only valid with an Audible trial. To see the real price, I have to click on each item individually, which is time-consuming and hinders price comparison. This makes it challenging for me to make an informed decision as a buyer. Dear support team, I recently placed an order for 3 items using Amazon Prime, expecting them to arrive on Thursday, June 21st with the two-day delivery service. However, after receiving confirmation emails, I was informed that my items are now scheduled for delivery on Wednesday, June 27th, a date when I will be out of the country. Dear Customer Service, I encountered an issue with my recent order of Marietta Magnetics - 50 Magnetic Sheets 5" x 7" Adhesive 20 mil from Marietta Magnetics LLC. Although I received the items promptly, I was disappointed to find that I only received 42 sheets instead of the 50 I had ordered. I have already used some of the sheets by placing dies on them and putting them in envelopes, so returning them would be inconvenient. Could you please ship the 8 missing sheets to me? I have double-checked all envelopes to ensure the missing sheets were not overlooked. I placed an additional order earlier today, before realizing the shortage. I received a Fitbit Ionic watch from my wife for Father's Day. The item, ordered from Amazon, arrived unsealed without a cover sleeve, manual, packaged charger, or protective plastic. Unfortunately, the watch was completely non-functional, failing to charge or power on. Despite my disappointment, Amazon promptly replaced the item, which I appreciate. However, the experience has shaken my trust in Amazon as a usually dependable platform where I frequently shop and spend substantial sums annually.

As a Prime member, I placed an order for a French Press set to arrive by June 18th. Despite the deadline passing, the item has not been delivered as of 9:30 PM on June 19th. I reached out to customer service multiple times, first on the 18th at 8 PM, and then on the 19th at 7:30 AM, 2 PM, 4 PM, and 8:30 PM. Unfortunately, I have been unable to receive a clear delivery confirmation. The delivery agent's contact number has been unreachable all day. The agent falsely claimed my phone was not reachable on the 18th and later used the same excuse today, resulting in the delivery not being scheduled. Attempts to escalate the issue to a supervisor have been fruitless. I am seeking accountability and proper compensation for the failure to fulfill the delivery after making the payment. The repeated inefficiency, lack of professionalism, and inadequate customer service responses are deeply concerning.

I returned two items over a month ago but have not received the refund yet. 1. Amazon Ethernet Adapter for Amazon Fire TV Devices Order #[redacted]-[redacted] Sold by: Amazon Digital Services, Inc. Quantity: 1 Return received on May 17, [redacted] 2. Fire TV with 4K Ultra HD and Alexa Voice Remote (Pendant Design) | Streaming Media Player Order #[redacted]-[redacted] Sold by: Amazon Digital Services, Inc. Quantity: 1 Return received on May 7, [redacted] Furthermore, I was wrongly charged $8.99 on 6/16/[redacted] for an item Amazon claimed was never returned. Despite being assured by an Amazon agent that we would not be charged, we were. We want this amount refunded to our original credit card. Also, the gift card balance from a previous return was refunded to a gift card instead of the credit card selected. Once all refunds are processed, I will be ending my Prime Membership and not shopping with Amazon in the future. There seem to be discrepancies in Amazon's customer service training despite their claim of being "Customer Centric." Bruce C.

I recently moved from NC to CO and forgot to update my shipping address on Amazon which caused a large order to be delivered to my vacant NC home, despite setting up mail forwarding with USPS. After speaking with Amazon and USPS, claims were submitted for the undelivered items. However, the CO post office contacted me, stating they can't assist as the claims were sent to the wrong post office in Denver instead of Durham, NC. The packages remain at my old address, and I'm having trouble reaching the NC post office. I'm hoping for a resolution soon. Thank you. -K. Smith

My computer charger package was out for delivery at 10:00 A.M. The delivery person arrived in my neighborhood at 3:00 P.M. and seemed to have my item but did not deliver it with the other packages. When I inquired, he mentioned his tracking device was experiencing issues. I asked him to check for a package resembling a cord for me, and he said he would but left soon after. Remembering I could track him on Amazon, I noticed he was in neighborhoods nearby without delivering my package. It's frustrating as I need the charger for work, and he's been circling the area for 3 hours. The tracker has been showing conflicting messages, saying he has other deliveries but also that he is on his way to me. I've been waiting anxiously, but my package hasn't arrived yet.

I received a package of clothing instead of my order and followed the return process by shipping it back with UPS. Now I'm being billed for the merchandise I never got because the return didn't process correctly. I'm frustrated with the time and effort Amazon's mistake has caused. Despite spending time on the phone with a representative to sort out the return, I never received what I ordered and had to place a new order. On June 17, I placed an order for 2 units of FLOOD/PPG FLD6-04 Floetrol Additive (1 Quart) each. My order number is #[redacted]-[redacted]. Today, I received a call from the post office regarding a package marked from Amazon with liquid leaking from it. Upon inspection, I found that one of the quart bottles of Floetrol was damaged due to inadequate packaging inside an oversized box. The liquid had spilled out into the carton. I have taken photos of the damaged package if needed. I reviewed my order to request a replacement for the broken bottle, but the only option I found was to return the entire order. I have completed the return form, although ideally, I would prefer to have just the 1 quart of Floetrol replaced.

I recently processed multiple returns and purchases on Amazon. I returned 4 T-shirts worth $71.06 and received the refund on an Amazon gift card. I then ordered 4 new T-shirts for $76.34 and was charged the full amount. Following this, I ordered 3 pairs of shorts totaling $[redacted].46, returned 2 pairs, and received the correct size pair with no charge. I got a refund of $69.64 for the returned shorts. Subsequently, I ordered 2 new pairs of shorts. One was charged at $3.01, and the other had no charge (originally $25.49). I also ordered an $8.00 book that I wasn't charged for. Despite this, my gift card balance is zero, and I believe there may be an error with the refunds. The $71.06 refund only seems to cover two pairs of shorts and a book, leaving me questioning the remaining balance. Thank you.
