I cancelled an order less than * hours after placing the order. I cancelled because of an outrageous shipping charge (around $***). I also spoke with a Amazon Customer Service rep (Jerome) about * hour after I cancelled the order. He said he would cancel the order. I also requested that he forward my complaint to an investigator as this is the *nd time I've been caught. The boxes arrived today and were left on my doorstep. What am I supposed to do to return them?
