I had ordered Milton thermosteel dark red(maroon) bottle of ***ml on * June **** with a wow shampoo and Hydraulics A.K.Jain book.The bottle got delivered on ** June **** with the wow shampo but the bottle wasn't the same as I had ordered another red u can see in the order also.I was disappointed by that because I have ordered the bottle from Amazon after seeing that the dark red bottle that I wanted wasn't available on flipcart.And this bottle from Amazon was going to come in to * daya.So the only option that was left to me was to return the bottle.I requested the return when I saw the bottle I got a msg that the order is going to picked on ** means the next day.My book had arrived on the next day but the pick up wasn't done of the red bottle.On the end of the day I got a msg of pickup rescheduled but no further details even after opening the link.The next day that's today means ** the order was about to pickup but still not picked and I have received a msg of pickup rescheduled and no other details after opening the link.So iwant to know when is this order actually going to be picked? Whats going on.I m not liking this.It really disappointing
GetHuman-bushrag did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
