I ordered a clearance watch for ** cents with a shipping charge of $*.**. I realized, before the item was shipped, that I had actually been charged $**.** for shipping! I immediately canceled the order. THE ITEM HAD NOT YET BEEN SHIPPED. The company ignored my message and sent the watch anyway. I’m not going to pay to send it back* I just want a refund of the overcharge, which amounts to $**.**.*I’ve contacted the seller several times with no result and I do not see a way to “file a claim” as Amazon suggests. *I want my money back now!
