I purchased an item from Amazon for delivery to Taiwan. Unfortunately, there was a customs issue causing the item to be undeliverable. No notification was sent to me, resulting in the package being returned to the seller without my knowledge. Amazon's website does not provide an option to reship or refund the package. I have noticed unauthorized activity on my account, specifically through another email address. The perpetrator is making zero-charge purchases of digital games. The email address in question is [redacted] The latest order number linked to this suspicious activity is: Order #D01-[redacted]-[redacted]. I have already attempted to change my password to prevent further unauthorized access, but the issue persists.

I would like to request a refund for a few items in my recent Amazon Fresh order. The milk was improperly packed on top of the fruit, resulting in leaks, crushed berries, and spilled contents. Additionally, some of the produce was not fresh, with mushrooms starting to brown and an onion soaked from condensation. I also believe the packaging method could be improved for better delivery. I am considering canceling my subscription but would be interested in helping to train packers for better handling. I hope my feedback can be used to enhance the service for future orders. I recently discovered that Amazon has been making unauthorized withdrawals from my checking account without my permission. They state that I am a Prime member and have been charging me fees, which I was not aware of or agreed to. Although I was initially informed that I would receive a refund for the past six months, totaling $73, I have actually been charged for a year. The confirmation email indicated a refund of $12.99 instead of the promised $73. I have been charged approximately $[redacted] without my consent, which appears to be a fraudulent activity or a mistake. I am hoping to resolve this issue promptly as I enjoy shopping with Amazon and wish to continue using their services.

I received three notifications on my phone ([redacted]) claiming I had won $1,[redacted] Amazon rewards after making a big purchase. I followed the prompts and ended up signing up for graze, magazines, and a home security system, but was unable to claim the prize using the verified number. Thinking it was a genuine reward from Amazon, I went ahead and subscribed to three more monthly services, hoping to receive the reward. However, after reaching [redacted]%, I realized it might not be legitimate. As a loyal Amazon customer, I feel disappointed and scammed. Is there a way to resolve this situation? Subject: Issue with Missing Cooking Grates for Weber Q3200 Grill I recently purchased the Weber Q3200 grill (Order #[redacted]-[redacted]) which was delivered on 16 May 18. However, upon assembly, I discovered that the cooking grates were missing. After contacting the manufacturer, I was informed that the grates were on backorder with an expected delay until 29 Aug 18, which is unacceptable. Amazon currently shows the cooking grates (P/N [redacted]) in stock for $69.99. I kindly request if Amazon can send the missing grates free of charge to resolve this issue promptly. I am hesitant to purchase them separately as they should have come with the grill in the first place. I have until 15 Jun 18 to request a return or refund, but the grill is already assembled and the packaging is disposed of. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Good morning, my Amazon order was once again stolen from the front of my condo building. This issue only occurs when USPS delivers as they leave packages beside the mailbox outside. I am unable to shop with you anymore due to the ongoing problem that has cost me hundreds of dollars in lost products. The latest order, including Tylenol and trash bags, is missing. This affects both Amazon and myself, leading to my decision to stop being a customer. The DA informed me that a homeless person was caught with one package but half of the items were gone when the police returned it. This situation is frustrating as thieves are causing problems for all residents. At 76 years old and in pain, even the Tylenol was stolen, adding to the distress. I previously contacted you about this issue and wanted to update you on the ongoing problem that prevents me from ordering again. I recently purchased a 24-month Kindle Unlimited membership as a gift for a friend, using my Amazon gift card balance from my Amazon Mturk account. Shortly after placing the order, I received an email about a potential unauthorized login to my account. Following instructions, I changed my password. Upon logging back in, I discovered my order had been deleted. I contacted customer support via live chat, and after some investigation, I was informed my order could not be shipped and my account was locked for security. They requested a fax of the receipt for the Amazon gift card I used, but I used a gift card balance, not a physical gift card. Despite explaining this in multiple emails, I keep receiving generic responses asking for the receipt. I attached the email confirming my earnings from Mturk, which funded the order. I placed an order for the Levnva K8 Note (Venom Black 4GB) with New System U on June 9th. I was informed that my order was dispatched and scheduled to arrive by June 11th. I received messages confirming the delivery for yesterday, with a PIN number provided. However, I later found out that the delivery was not successful and will be reattempted on June 12th. Despite the notifications, the package was supposedly delivered the previous day, which is untrue as I never received it. I have not received any further updates.

Dear Sir, I wanted to inform you that I placed an order with your company for headphones. Initially, everything seemed fine, but upon receiving the product, we encountered an issue. The left speaker of the headphones was not working correctly, so we requested a refund. To our disappointment, the replacement product also had the same problem with one speaker malfunctioning. After a complaint, the delivery person assured us of a refund, but it has been six months, and I have yet to receive any updates or my money back. My son, A.A., and I are loyal customers of Amazon, and after facing issues with another online platform, we chose to switch to Amazon. It is disheartening to experience such a situation with your company. I recently returned a pair of sandals that didn't fit me. I was advised that the replacement pair would be sent by another company, but I received no instructions on where to send the returned ones. Subsequently, I discovered another package on my back deck containing oversized sandals. This is unusual for Merrell's size ten sandals. I am concerned as I had no idea the package was delivered there, especially since the address was faded from winter weather. I need to return both pairs, totaling $[redacted], and I should not have any issues with this process. I am hesitant to order another pair, even though I have them in my cart, in fear of them not fitting and facing a similar return issue.

I purchased a Black & Decker coffee maker from Amazon and I have been generally satisfied with their delivery service until now. Unfortunately, using UPS Surepost has resulted in my two-day delivery taking over 6 days and the package is still not out for delivery. The numerous transfers it went through have been quite odd. I have no issues with UPS Ground or USPS deliveries individually, but this combined service has been a headache as confirmed by other forum posts. While there's no immediate need to resolve this order as long as I receive it this week, for future orders, I prefer the 3-5 day free shipping with USPS without involving UPS. The two-day free USPS option has been problematic for me. To prevent negative customer experiences, I suggest removing the two-day free shipping option for items requiring Surepost or allowing customers to opt-out of Surepost and Smartpost in their shipping preferences. Ideally, phasing out these services entirely would be the best solution for customer satisfaction. If there are alternative approaches to avoid these services, please advise, as it may impact my Prime membership decision. Thank you, Steven.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from Amazon. Being a loyal Amazon Fire user, I purchased a Fire Stick last Autumn and was satisfied until April this year when I noticed unexpected charges on my bank statement for services I did not authorize. After contacting customer service on April 26, [redacted], at 11:51 am, I was assured the charges would be refunded. However, even after the refund, I was shocked to see I was charged £17.90 for the phone call I made to report the issue. The call lasted 36 minutes and 10 seconds, a significant amount of time during which I was transferred between departments without urgency. The premium rate charged for this call was not clearly disclosed, as I believed it to be a standard rate line, not at 50pence per minute as it turned out. I believe I am entitled to a refund for this call cost and a formal apology for the mishandling of my situation.

I want to address the frustration I've experienced today. On June 7th, I ordered a TV with a guaranteed delivery by the 9th. On the 10th, I learned of a delay to the 12th but had already left for NY, leaving no one to receive the package. Thankfully, the order was canceled and refunded due to this issue. Today, the 11th, I found out a TV was delivered to my front door by FedEx, causing me distress given my recent cancer operation and being away from home. Having explained my situation to Amazon on the 10th, I was disappointed to receive the TV knowing no one was there to accept it. This added stress is overwhelming, especially after my surgery. Despite my long history as an Amazon customer, the situation was mishandled. A representative's rude behavior today was unhelpful. I hope to receive a more caring response to this situation.
