Help with my Amazon issue

I ordered bottles - six cases - hibiscus tea, and a berry mix tea which was sent to the wrong address. Now I'm being charged a return shipping fee on the two cases Amazon actually did a return shipping label for. I still need return shipping labels for the * cases and the hibiscus. I still need the product but now Amazon has me locked out for some reason. I am trying my best to not get furious but it's not working! I need this mess straightened out. I need the bottles and tea that are stuck in Bothell to be returned and credited to my credit card, and I need to be able to order the next batch of bottles.
GetHuman-earlsonl did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
