When I try to log into my account, *****@***.com and enter my password (either manually or from TrueKey) the response is that the password is incorrect. So I then try to change the password, but no code is sent to my e-mail, *****@***.com. Please respont using my alternative e-mail, *****@***.com. **In any event, I do not understand why my password would have been changed, and certainly, TrueKey did not change it - if it had, then the correct password would be entered.
