Order No. ***-*******-*******Item ILIFE ROBOTIC VACUUM CLEANER received as mother's day gift. Ordered by my son K*****@***.com**Delivered to Annette Henry May **, ****. I never looked at the bottom of the item. After reading the instructions I started the robot in my hallway*two weeks later as I wasn't feeling well and had doctor's appointments. At the middle of my hallway I got a RED light and I looked it up and it indicated that I should remove hair from the rollers. I found gobs of hair around rollers and dust bin full with a note from a Christian Berriors, *listing a phone number ***-***-**** (I assume was the previous owner)* I did not call this number as I didn't know where it was located. At any rate I removed the hair, cleaned the dust bin and Robot started just going in circles which indicated there was still some malfunction.*I am request action to replace the order. Please inform me as to who I should return this item.
