Hello,**On June * last week, I put in an order for some compression socks and two bottles of shampoo. The order number was ***-*******-*******. On this past Tuesday I got the notice that it had been delivered and handed directly to a resident of the house. It was not handed to either of the persons who were here at the time and the doorbell had not been rung. The instructions for misdelivered packages on Amazon's web site say to wait at least ** hours past notice of delivery where no package was delivered* I had to wait until yesterday morning to contact a customer service representative as there were technical issues Wednesday evening. The CSR with whom I did a text chat was very helpful and refunded my money to my gift card balance, but she also asked if I intended to order the items again and I didn't realize until after the chat was closed that it might be important to clarify that issue. I will probably order the compression socks again but I did need the shampoo right away, and I will have to get the shampoo locally because I am almost out of shampoo. Also, I should say that it is now past * PM on the third day after I got the notice that my package had been delivered, and there is still no sign of it anywhere, so it is probably gone forever at this point. There is no other resolution to this issue, I just wanted to make sure it was understood that was the reason why I'm not ordering the shampoo again. Thank you.
