Date: Fri, * Jun **** **My name is Jennifer Peterson and my email address for my Amazon account is:******@***.com. The reason why Im emailing you is because of**the horrible treatment I have gotten being a prime customer. I ordered*something apparently via a third party back in March **** and as of today I*have not received it.**I messaged the third party and according to the non helpful customer*service representative, the third party replied but I never got it and it*said that it was lost in the mail and they were sorry. I have been dealing*with identity theft and no longer have any bank accounts or credit cards at*this time.**I politely asked the representative if in lew of a check being mailed if*you would please gift me a free month of amazon prime so I can watch movies*or tv. Seeing as though you offer gift cards in stores I figured you could*do that in the system instead of using the non active bank card on file.*The representative didnt understand or chose not to, nor offer any**solution except for wanting another debit or credit card information.**I became very irritated with the lack of help and understanding I was not*getting and asked to speak with his supervisor. He told me to stay on the*line and then he hung up on me! Then he calls me back and says sorry and*says that hes going to transfer me and proceeds to hang up on me a second**time! Then after * minutes I get a voicemail from a call that I missed*after stepping outside and the voicemail has music playing and then a*person comes on saying escalation and then say that their hanging up! This*from the same number of the representative that hung up on me twice!**I cant believe that this is how you treat your customers. I worked for a**bank as a telephone banker and if I had treated my customers like this*representative acted towards me for your company, I would have lost my*job!! Im asking for your help with resolving this issue and gifting my**account with a full month of prime video or prime account instead of*mailing me a check for $**.** it shouldnt be this complicated. Thank you
