Order ID ***-*******-*******:*I have not received the item refered above: kwmobile... flip cover, paid by my credit card. The item has been sent by ASM. I know that ASM tried to deliver the item ** and ** May because I call them after a long effort to obtain their contacts in Portugal. From the tracking information I know that they come from * a.m. to * p.m. Those days I can not stay home so long period (twelve hours!!!) and I do not know a neighbour to help, but I have a mobile number that ASM knows as I was able to confirm May ** on a phone call. ASM was not, with my item, a diligent carrier, interested in accomplish their objective - to deliver.*So I ask a second delivery that I will pay but please NOT BY ASM, I suggest an express deliver by CTT in Portugal, a efficient company that can deliver the item at my door or let it at their post office, nearby in Lisbon.*Send me, to my email, the form to ask to resend the item, so badly handled by ASM.**Thanks

I yes, I send an e-mail explaining that I have not received the item that I have pais by credit card, it was very dificult to find the right adress, and I received a refunda**o and any explanation.
